Transport and logistics

Dispatch, drivers and customers looking at the same delivery

In transport, the questions are always the same: where is it, when will it arrive and can you prove it was delivered. When the answers live in a dispatcher’s head and a driver’s phone, every one becomes a call. We build dispatch, driver and tracking tools that answer them for everyone at once.

01

What gets in the way

  • Where is my delivery calls

Customers ring dispatch for an update, and dispatch rings the driver to find out.

  • Proof of delivery on paper

Signed dockets come back at the end of the day, and a missing one holds up an invoice or a claim.

  • Runs planned by memory

Routes are built by an experienced dispatcher, and the business struggles when that person is away.

  • Exceptions found too late

A failed delivery or a damaged item is reported hours later, when it is harder to fix.

A first version

What a first version usually includes

A typical starting point, not a fixed package. Your brief decides what goes in first and what can wait.

  • A dispatch board

Jobs, drivers and vehicles on one screen, with runs assigned and changed by drag and drop.

  • A driver app

Drivers see their run in order, navigate to each stop and capture signatures and photos on delivery.

  • Customer tracking

Customers get a tracking link and an arrival window, and a message when the delivery is complete.

  • Exception alerts

Failed deliveries and damage reports reach the office the moment a driver records them.

02

The systems you already use

For example, many operators already use MachShip, CartonCloud or Track-POD for freight, warehousing or proof of delivery, and Xero for accounts. We check what you use and design around it.

Questions operators often ask

Can drivers use their own phones?

Yes, or company devices. The driver app is kept simple and works with patchy reception.

Can business customers book jobs online?

They can. A customer portal for booking pickups and seeing past deliveries is a common next step.

Does it plan routes automatically?

It can suggest an order of stops for a dispatcher to adjust. People stay in charge of the final run.

How do we get a price?

Describe your operation in a brief. A person on our team reviews it and quotes each phase, usually the same business day.

Tell us how your deliveries run

Describe it in your own words. Someone on our team reviews it and replies with a clear quote and timeline, usually the same business day.
