Job software for crews who work on site, not at a desk

Trades businesses lose hours between the van and the office: quotes typed up at night, job details passed on by text, photos stuck on someone’s phone and invoices that go out late. We build job tools that your crews will use on site and that leave the office with less chasing.

01

What gets in the way

  • Quotes written up after hours

Measurements and notes from a site visit become a quote only once someone has time at night, and the customer has often called another business by then.

  • Job details passed on by text message

Addresses, access notes and parts lists travel by phone and get lost between the office and the crew.

  • Proof of work scattered across phones

Before-and-after photos and sign-offs sit on personal phones, which makes disputes and warranty claims harder.

  • Invoices that go out late

A finished job is not invoiced until the paperwork reaches the office, and cash flow suffers for it.

A first version

What a first version usually includes

A typical starting point, not a fixed package. Your brief decides what goes in first and what can wait.

  • Quotes from site

Build a quote on a tablet during the visit, from your own price list, and send it before you leave the driveway.

  • Crew scheduling

Drag jobs onto crews and days, and each person sees their run, addresses and access notes on their phone.

  • Job sheets with photos

Crews record time, parts, photos and the customer’s signature, and the job closes itself when everything is in.

  • Invoice on completion

A signed-off job becomes an invoice straight away, with the photos attached for the customer’s records.

The systems you already use

For example, many trades businesses use ServiceM8, simPRO or Tradify for jobs and MYOB or Xero for accounts. Some only need a missing piece built around those tools; we will look at yours and say which approach fits.

Questions trades businesses often ask

Will my crews actually use it?

That is the first thing we design for: big buttons, few steps and screens that work with gloves on and poor reception.

Does it work where there is no mobile signal?

It can. Job sheets can be filled in offline and sync once the phone is back in range, if your work needs it.

Can customers see when we are on the way?

Yes, if you want that. An on-the-way message with the crew’s arrival window is a common addition.

We are a small team. Is custom software overkill?

Sometimes. If a standard job app does what you need, we will tell you. Custom work pays off when the way you quote or schedule is your edge.

How is the price set?

A person on our team reads your brief and quotes each phase of the work, usually the same business day. Nothing is priced automatically.

Tell us how your jobs run today

Describe it in your own words. Someone on our team reviews it and replies with a clear quote and timeline, usually the same business day.
